Payment issues

Bank card payment declined

Bank card payments are processed by our payment partner Stripe. It performs many checks to combat fraud.
If your bank card is declined, this may be due to several reasons:

  • Your bank account balance is insufficient
  • Your card is not authorized for online payments
  • Your bank considers this transaction suspicious
  • Your bank card has expired
  • You have exceeded your payment limit

In case of doubt, we recommend:

  1. Check your account balance
  2. Contact your bank to understand the reason for the decline
  3. Try with another bank card
  4. Contact our technical support if the problem persists
