Bank card payment declined
Bank card payments are processed by our payment partner Stripe. It performs many checks to combat fraud.
If your bank card is declined, this may be due to several reasons:
- Your bank account balance is insufficient
- Your card is not authorized for online payments
- Your bank considers this transaction suspicious
- Your bank card has expired
- You have exceeded your payment limit
In case of doubt, we recommend:
- Check your account balance
- Contact your bank to understand the reason for the decline
- Try with another bank card
- Contact our technical support if the problem persists
PayPal payment declined
Payments via PayPal are managed directly by PayPal which performs its own anti-fraud checks. Common errors are:
- Insufficient PayPal balance
- Unusual behavior detected on your PayPal account
- Unverified PayPal account
- Linked bank card not authorized for PayPal
- PayPal payment limit reached
Recommended solutions:
- Check your PayPal account balance
- Make sure your account is verified
- Add another payment source to your PayPal account
- Contact PayPal support
Cryptocurrency payment pending
Cryptocurrency payments are processed by our partner Coinbase.
Validation time may vary:
- Usual delay: less than one hour
- Exceptional delay: up to 6 hours (in case of network congestion)
If after 6 hours your payment is still not validated, please:
- Verify that the transaction appears in your wallet
- Contact our technical support by providing:
- The transaction ID
- The cryptocurrency used
- The payment time
